Bolivarian Government handed over property title to 1,200 families in Miranda

On a special day framed on Housing Thursday, authorities from the Great Venezuela Housing Mission (GMVV) and the National Institute of Urban Lands (INTU), awarded the property title to 1,200 families in the Urdaneta municipality, in the state of Miranda, moving from landlords to landlords.

This achievement, driven by the instructions of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and under the direction of the Minister of Popular Power for Habitat and Housing, Raúl Paredes, and the president of the INTU. Ronald Rivas, represents a significant step in the consolidation of the New Governance for Community Habitat, according to a press release.

The titles were awarded in the company of Mayor Jonatan Herrera; the Ministerial Director, Henry Gudiño; the Secretary of Housing of the Government of Miranda, Erick Lovera; the mayors Saúl Yáñez of the municipality Simón Bolívar and Víctor González de Paz Castillo.

The day also included the active participation of popular power, who celebrated these awards that provide them with legal security and stability in their homes.

With this action, the Bolivarian Government reaffirms its commitment to guarantee the right to housing and land, thus promoting the integral development of communities and strengthening the social fabric.
