Bolivarian Government rehabilitates sports spaces in Caracas

The Permanent Commission on Venezuelan Infrastructure, Urbanism and Living of the City Council of Caracas, in coordination with the Great Venezuelan Youth Mission and thanks to the support of Mayor Carmen Meléndez, has achieved the rehabilitation of 23 sports fields in different sectors of the city.

Councilman Jesús García, president of the said Commission, highlighted in a press release that the active participation of communities in each of the works. “The youth themselves have joined the recovery of these spaces, demonstrating their commitment to sports and recreation,” he said.

Among the recovered courts, El Manguito in San Agustín del Sur, Puente Miraflores in Altagracia and Los Lanos in San Bernardino stand out. In each of them, comprehensive repair work was carried out, including floors, fences, lighting and panels.
