The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of
Venezuela (PSUV),
Diosdado Cabello Rondón, criticized the servile and vassal position he has given to the
leadership of Venezuelan opposition extremism in its quest to win the service of imperialism and the global right.
During his Con El Mazo Dando program in its 559 broadcast, he recalled that the actions
of this sector of the Venezuelan opposition have been the spearhead for the
siege and aggression against the people.
“The right wing is really very miserable,” he said, while
reproaching the submissive and submissive attitude demonstrated by the extremist María Corina Machado during her visit to Washington, United States (USA).
“That superlative drag of Mrs. María Machado, with her supposed
Nobel Prize, is disgust and sorrow,” she said and maintained that this
extremist's attempt to show aggression against Venezuela as a political achievement attests to her contempt for the people and the need to believe her
own fantasies.
“They don't realize the reality, they're still in their
fantasy and they try to convert big political defeats to see what punch they get out of them,”
he remarked.
They have no shame!
The also Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen
Security and Peace repudiated the expressions of happiness
outlined by longliners and political leaders linked to
opposition extremism after learning about the bombing carried out by the United States against the Venezuelan people.
“Those who celebrated
the bombs on our country are not ashamed of any kind,” he decided and described this act as “disgusting”, which
reveals the stateless and dehumanized feeling of these people.
“Supposedly Venezuelans cheered for the bombs
that were falling in Venezuela, that
's disgusting, very disgusting for citizens born in this country to celebrate what was happening,” he claimed.
The world with
Venezuela!
Regarding this criminal attack against the country that left
more than 100 civilians and soldiers dead, as well as the kidnapping of the
Constitutional President of the Republic, Nicolás
Maduro, and the first female combatant, deputy Cilia Flores, he pointed out that it was an event that touched the world
because of its illegality and malice.
“What happened in the early morning of January 3rd is an
issue that touched the world, because of the form, the way in which it was done to our
country,” he pointed out and highlighted the support that the Peoples of the world have demonstrated
in the demand for the freedom of President Maduro and his wife Cilia
Flores, as well as for the right to sovereignty of Venezuelans.
“In the world, they are very attentive to our people and
our president Nicolás Maduro and
our colleague Cilia Flores, for
their health and for their lives,” he highlighted and thanked all these
expressions of support and solidarity.
This town knows how to
fight!
Finally, the Minister
for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also warned about the false
news campaigns that they try to position from the international media in
order to generate fractures within the revolutionary forces.
In this regard, he urged the People to “start from the
principle that everything they have said about the Bolivarian
Revolution is lies”, and under this principle not to give in to this disinformation war.
“They're all going to attack us and whoever falters, then
they hold on and a great campaign begins to discredit us, to sow the tares and, if someone is
scared or repulsive or gluttonous, from there they hold on,” he warned.
He emphasized the awareness demonstrated by the People who, without partisan or ideological
distinction, have condemned the attack against the country and have
gone out to march together to demand the freedom of President Maduro and Cilia Flores.
“This town has been marching every day. Today there were
grandparents, the elderly on the street demanding the return of Nicolás and Cilia; the party (PSUV), the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP),
and Venezuelans, social movements, other than Chavista, are joining the marches,” he said.
In this regard, he welcomed the strength demonstrated by
Venezuelans to stand firm in the midst of attacks and the siege of groups
that seek to seize the country's wealth for their personal gain.
“This town knows where it comes from, we know where we're going,
we know what we're made of and who we're dealing with. We know how to fight,
” he said.
