Fidel Castro, in 2010, assured that an attack by the United States and Israel against Iran would inevitably result in a global nuclear conflict and that the Peoples of the world have an obligation to demand that their political leaders defend their right to life.
In 2010, Commander Fidel Castro warned of the risk of a “nuclear war” promoted by the United States and Israel and that would originate after an attack on Iran.
“An attack by the United States and Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran would inevitably turn into a conflict global nuclear. Peoples have a duty to demand from political leaders their right to live [...] In a nuclear war, collateral damage would be the life of humanity,” he said.
After more than a decade, the words of the Cuban leader are gaining strength as a result of Israel's aggressive escalation, and it is appropriate to quote Castro who said: “When the lives of his species, his people and his most loved ones are at such risk, no one can afford to be indifferent. Not a minute can be wasted demanding respect for that right. It would be too late.”
