The fugitive from Venezuelan justice, Edmundo González Urrutia, continues his world tour of subordination and surrender to get allies to help him achieve the long-awaited dream of extremism of a “regime change” in the country.

When questioned about who covers the expenses of all those trips, the drunken old man attributed the financing of the interference to alleged collaborators.
