A Venezuelan delegation composed of representatives of the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES), the Federation of Chambers and Associations of Commerce and Production of Venezuela (FEDECÁMARAS) and the Venezuelan-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK Venezuela), began this Monday, June 15, a work agenda in Bonn, Germany, to build alliances with centers and institutions linked to vocational training in the country European.
The objective is to transfer cutting-edge knowledge and strengthen the productive profile of Venezuelan workers, with an emphasis on the application of dual training methodology, INCES reported in a press release.
The entourage has completed several days. First, a meeting with DVV International, a leading organization in adult education, in whose exchange the policy of recognition of knowledge emerged as a strong link between both institutions. An agenda was agreed under the technical exchange mechanism.
They also visited the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB), where Ilona Medrikat, director of International Projects for Latin America, ratified the technical support to implement dual training in Venezuela. They analyzed the pillars of the success of the German model and evaluated mechanisms to adapt it to the Venezuelan productive reality.
To close the agenda in Bonn, the delegation visited a practical training workshop for apprentices. “In their experience and methodology, we found mechanisms to strengthen training in specific technical areas through alliances with private sectors,” concluded the representatives of INCES.
The international deployment seeks to open new horizons for technical development and the implementation of dual vocational training in Venezuela.
The agenda of activities will close in Berlin with another series of meetings and visits.
