The Israeli occupying forces carried out a shelling of a police station located west of the Jabalia refugee camp, in the north of the Gaza Strip. The attack on civil security infrastructure left seven agents dead, Telesur said.
Among the fatalities of the incident, the death of Colonel Muhammad Marwan Salem, who served as director of the police station of the above-mentioned refugee camp, was confirmed. Local reports indicated that the impact directly affected police and administrative personnel who were performing functions in the compound of the Palestinian enclave.
