Keydomar Vallenilla won two gold medals for Venezuela at the 2026 Central American Caribbean Games

Keydomar Vallenilla, Génesis Rodríguez, Julio Mayora and Reinner Arango shone in the weightlifting of Santo Domingo 2026 with a golden and impeccable harvest in their divisions.

The José Juaquin Puello Weightlifting Pavilion in Parque del Este became the setting for a memorable day during the 25th Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games, where weightlifters left an indelible mark by dominating their respective divisions with strength, precision and strategy.

In the action in the men's 94 kg (Group A) led by Olympic runner-up Keydomar Vallenilla, Venezuela won the 39th and 40th gold medals. The start and the challenge were the modalities in which Vallenilla imposed his dominance.
