As part of the comprehensive strategy aimed at ensuring generational change and consolidating the country's technological sovereignty, the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT) displayed an outstanding participation in the Expo Girls and Boys Producers 2026, a training and interactive space installed in the Simón Bolívar Park Convention Center, in La Carlota.

The day was attended by the Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Yván Gil, who took a tour of the exhibition spaces.

In a review of the MINCYT on its website, he points out that the immersive exhibition registered a large participation of children and young people, who had the opportunity to approach scientific knowledge through discovery and direct practice, guided by the facilitators of the National Scientific Seed Program.

The exhibition offers more than 50 interactive stations designed for technological teaching through playful dynamics, the use of simulators and the integration of mixed reality technologies.

It also has a specialized module focused on direct experimentation, where attendees carry out guided practices in educational robotics, programming logic, as well as fundamental demonstrations of physics, chemistry and biology.

The National University of Sciences Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán (UNC) presents its study opportunities in university careers with the purpose of orienting the early vocation towards the disciplines most relevant to social and productive development.

During the activity, Minister Yván Gil emphasized the importance of democratizing access to knowledge and reiterated the call to the community to join these pedagogical days.

“I invite you to the Producer Girls and Boys Expo with our scientific seedbeds to be part of this experience and to delve into science, mathematics and robotics,” she said on the MINCYT Instagram account.

With the articulation of these actions, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, together with the National Executive, confirms that the strengthening of scientific education constitutes a priority State policy, aimed at strengthening the creative capacities of Venezuelan children and ensuring the productive and technological development of Venezuela, in correspondence with the leaders of the Great Mission of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán.
