President-in-charge expresses her deep regret for the physical departure of the political leader, Nora Uribe Trujillo

The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, this Friday, February 6, expressed her deep regret for the physical departure of the journalist and political leader, Nora Uribe Trujillo.
On his account on the social network Telegram, he said: “With great regret and deep sadness I regret to report the departure of Nora Uribe Trujillo, an exceptional woman, a dear friend and a tireless voice for Venezuela.”
“Her work as Minister of Communication and Information and ambassador in several countries was always a reflection of love for the country and commitment to our people,” she said.
In addition, the president in charge said: “To your family, friends and loved ones I send my most heartfelt embrace of condolences. His legacy in communication, diplomacy and the defense of Venezuela will forever prevail among us. Peace to your soul, dear Nora.”
Nora Margarita Uribe Trujillo was a Venezuelan journalist and politician who served as Minister of Communication and Information during the Government of Commander Hugo Chávez in 2002. She had a long diplomatic career, serving as Venezuela's ambassador to Costa Rica, Paraguay and El Salvador.
