President-in-Charge met with UNESCO authorities

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, held a meeting this Thursday with the regional director of UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), Anne Lemaistre, to coordinate cooperation plans in education, culture and heritage protection after the double earthquake that occurred on June 24.

The meeting made it possible to establish strategies aimed at recovering infrastructure and protocols for the next school term.

The meeting, held in Caracas, was attended by authorities from the Social Cabinet, including the Minister of Education, Héctor Rodríguez, and representatives of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV).
