President of Russia sends condolences to Colombia for the victims of the earthquake

The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, conveyed his condolences to Colombia for the earthquake that occurred on August 10, which left victims and damage in areas of the west of the country.

In the message addressed to President Abelardo de la Espriella, Putin asked to send “words of sincere compassion and support to the families of the deceased”, while wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.

Colombian authorities are currently carrying out assistance operations for those affected by the earthquake.
