President Rodríguez: Fruitful agenda of work and friendship with Jennifer Simons, president of Suriname

The President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, highlighted the complementarity achieved by Venezuela and Suriname after the agreements signed between the two nations regarding her visit to this South American nation.

“I am pleased with a fruitful schedule of work and friendship with President Jennifer Simons, strengthening ties between Venezuela and Suriname, ” the president wrote on her telegram account.

In that message, he added the signing of strategic agreements in energy, fishing, transport, tourism, agriculture, education and health, and thanked the Surinamese people for their solidarity with Venezuela.

“We pay tribute to Liberator Simon Bolivar, reaffirming that cooperation, integration and union are the path for our peoples,” said the Venezuelan president.
