Sheinbaum: No foreign power can intervene in Mexico's decisions or sovereignty

During a political event held at the Puebla Exhibition Center, the president of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, reaffirmed that only the Mexican people have the power to define the destiny of the nation, stating that “no foreign power” can intervene in decisions or in the sovereignty of the Fatherland.

The Mexican president's statement came in response to statements made by the President of the United States (USA), Donald Trump, at the United Nations, where she described it as “unacceptable” to share a border with areas dominated by organized crime and maintained that the Mexican Government must regain control of its territory.

During her speech, the head of state contrasting the neoliberal model with the advances achieved by the Fourth Transformation, ratifying her administration's commitment to maintaining an independent foreign policy based on mutual respect and the self-determination of peoples.

Sheinbaum announced that the state of Puebla will consolidate itself as a strategic hub for national electromobility, being designated as the assembly center for the batteries of the 'Olinia' electric vehicle, promoting technological development in the region.
