The governments of the Fourth Republic not only dedicated themselves to plunging the Venezuelan people into misery, but they were responsible for defrauding them with the closure of the Latin Bank, leaving millions of people without their money.

Not to mention that these governments were responsible for suspending constitutional guarantees; as well as denying Venezuelans the right to freedom of expression, strike and public demonstration.

Today, those sectors of the extreme right are the same ones that dress like sheep to deceive the people and to invent narratives against the Bolivarian Revolution of Commander Hugo Chávez, who was the one who vindicated and dignified all Venezuelans.
