The Venezuelan under-17 FUTSAL team defeated Paraguay 3-4 in the Suramerican or category and qualified for the semifinals of the tournament.

Venezuela came to dominate 3-0 with scores from Ricardo Vázquez, Gabriel Boadas and Ángel Bastidas, but the Guaraní team was able to match the actions in the complement, according to the specialized press.

With three minutes left, Boadas managed to score his second goal to give the victory to the Criollos. After the rest day this Friday, the semifinals will be held on Saturday 15.
