Venezuelan Ambassador presented Credentials to the Kingdom of Spain

In a protocol ceremony held at the Royal Palace of Madrid, Timoteo Zambrano presented King Felipe VI with Credentials that accredit him as Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Kingdom of Spain.
“Along with the Consul General of Venezuela in Madrid, our Military Attaché and part of the diplomatic staff accredited to the kingdom, Ambassador Timoteo Zambrano is celebrating this important ceremonial act for bilateral relations between Venezuela and the Kingdom of Spain,” the diplomatic mission posted on his Instagram account.
In addition to Venezuela, on the same day, the new ambassadors of Palestine, Ghana, Chile, Nigeria and Thailand presented their credentials.
On August 9, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Félix Plasencia González, held a cordial telephone call with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain, José Manuel Albares, in which they discussed bilateral issues and opportunities for cooperation, while thanking the spirit of solidarity and willingness of the Government of the European country to accompany Venezuela in this phase of reconstruction after the earthquakes of June 24.
