PSUV initiated women's assemblies in 11 states of the country

The women's structures of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) began a national deployment of assemblies that began in 11 states, with the purpose of defining an agenda of action for the coming months and strengthening grassroots participation in communities.

According to information from the PSUV, the days are initially held in Amazonas, Anzoátegui, Aragua, Barinas, Cojedes, Lara, Miranda, Monagas, Nueva Esparta, Portuguesa and Yaracuy, with the participation of governors, mayors, regional party liaisons, first fighters, legislators and councilors.

The meeting also brings together heads of the Hugo Chávez Battle Units (UBCh), patrolmen, street and community leaders, who participate in the debate on actions aimed at strengthening women's leadership and organization in the communal sphere.

During the meetings, the participants confirmed their support for the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, and the political high command, while expressing their solidarity with the deputy Cilia Flores.

The deployment is part of a work agenda built from the ground up, aimed at articulating proposals and actions for the coming months in the communities.
