Bolivarian Government rehabilitates the operating room of the Martín Lucena Hospital in Apure

The National Government is carrying out rehabilitation work in the operating room of the Dr. Martín Lucena Type I Hospital, located in the Muñoz municipality of the state of Apure.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Health, the works include the installation of new air conditioning systems and general painting throughout the structure, which guarantees decent, comfortable and operational spaces under strict biosafety standards.

In addition, the above-mentioned text announced the launch of a special surgical plan focused on the direct care of patients with prostatic diseases after the completion of the work.

Regarding this achievement, the Single Health Authority of the state of Apure, Óscar Rebolledo, highlighted the importance of the work to reduce waiting for surgeries.: “This intervention represents an important step for men's health in the region, as it reduces waiting times and increases the capacity to respond to medium and highly complex interventions in the regional public network.”
