When the People go out to march to commemorate the events of April 11 , 12 and 13, 2002 , they do so to remember the indignation caused among Venezuelans by the abuse of a political group that attacked a president like Hugo Chávez who proved to be an extraordinary human being and the best Head of State our country has ever had.

This was stated by the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the mobilization to commemorate this date, where he assured that, despite the aggression suffered on January 3rd, Venezuelans continue to celebrate the heroic feat that restored and keeps the Bolivarian Revolution in power.
