CANTV restored telephone and Internet services to more than 1,800 subscribers in Trujillo

The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) restored telephone and Internet services to more than 1,870 subscribers in the state of Trujillo during July, through the Comprehensive Breakdown Resolution Plan and the attention of reports channeled through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance System.

The deployment of technical crews made it possible to deal with incidents recorded in telecommunications networks and to recover connectivity in homes, businesses and institutions in different municipalities of the entity.

In the Las Rurales sector, in the municipality of San Rafael de Carvajal, the resident Jorge Luis Quintero recognized the work done by the crews. “The care was quick and coordinated. Thanks to the work of the CANTV technicians and the management through VenApp, my family has the telephone service again,” he said.

With these days, CANTV continues to respond to the reports of the Trujillo communities and to make progress in the recovery of telecommunications services.
