On the eve of the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Anti-Imperialist Rebellion on February 4, 1992, the leader of that heroic feat, Commander Hugo Chávez, stressed the need for this military action to finish awakening the People, that the point-fixist governments they were mired in misery.

Only by way of Revolution could we get out of the abyss we were in.”
