From the state of Barinas, on September 14, 2012, Commander Chávez warned of the catastrophe that the extreme right would represent when the extreme right returned to rule in Venezuela.

“The worst thing that could happen to our country in ten centuries, in a thousand years, then, is for this extreme right to come to govern our country; it would be a catastrophe, in truth, there they are, the evidence, then, throwing a knife at each other,” said the Supreme Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution.

He indicated that “the big bourgeoisie has nothing political, it is apolitical, it despises the People, it despises the Fatherland, it despises us, because, to the majority, they think they are superior, that's why they are fascists”.

In this regard, he assured the Venezuelan people that “we (the Bolivarian Revolution) are a guarantee of stability, a guarantee of peace. That we have flaws? A lot, problems? A lot of them and we are working hard to solve them collectively,” he emphasized.
