Chávez undefeated: It is an obligation of the People, of the Government, of the Party, to care for peace

On May 5, 2011, from the Miraflores Palace, Commander Hugo Chávez warned about groups that are trying to destabilize the country.

“I want to continue to warn, to warn, here in Venezuela there are groups playing destabilizing conspiracy, let's not neglect ourselves, it's an obligation of the people, the government, the party; it's a social obligation to neutralize,” he said.

In that regard, he called on the People to be attentive to the situation “and wherever there is a threat of fire, that some arsonists want to set fire to the meadow; let's be firefighters, let's apply firewalls”.

The leader invited to take care of the peace of Venezuela, and at the same time he explained that in the nation there is total freedom of expression and thought, which is very different from wanting to set fire to the country.
