Minister Menéndez: Budget 2027 contains community proposals in territorial planning

The process of drafting the National Budget 2027 is progressing through the articulation of Specific Agendas of Action (ACA), anchored in the public policies of the Venezuelan State and aimed at directly incorporating community proposals into territorial planning.

During the mass formation plan in popular planning, the sectoral vice-president of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, explained that this methodology strengthens the sovereign exercise of the Republic in the formulation of public policies and in the administration of resources allocated to the country's development.

For his part, the Minister of People's Power for Water Care, Carlos Mast, stressed that communal ACAs make it possible to identify and prioritize the challenges of each territory in a different way, to ensure planning adjusted to local realities.

In addition, the Minister for Health, Carlos Alvarado, recalled that the creation of the Barrio Adentro Mission marked a turning point in the health policy of the Venezuelan State, consolidating the concrete execution of health programs in the territories.

For his part, the Minister for Science and Technology, Yván Gil, pointed out that this phase of consolidation seeks to actively incorporate communal circuits in the management of scientific and technological knowledge, as part of the national planning process.

The formulation of public policies for the year 2027 continues its course by articulating strategic sectors such as health, water, fishing and scientific knowledge with the People's Power, to build a budget aligned with the priorities of the Venezuelan people.
