The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, announced the formation of the Special Commission for Monitoring the Amnesty Law for Democratic Coexistence, which will be chaired by Deputy Jorge Arreaza and the vice-presidency will be headed by Nora Bracho.

“This 23-member special commission has as its first working mission to go to the Presidential Palace of Miraflores at this time to present to the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, the sanctioned law, so that it can be, in a peremptory manner, enacted by the president as head of the National Executive,” said the parliamentarian.

It will also consist of deputies Pedro Infante, Grecia Colmenares, Carolina García Carreño, Tania Díaz, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, América Pérez, Pedro Carreño, Iris Varela, Cilia Flores, Roy Daza, Francisco Torrealba, Jaqueline Faria, Stalin González, Antonio Ecarri, Juan Carlos Alvarado, Pablo Pérez, Rubén Lima, David Uzcátegui, Luis Florido, Alejandra Rodríguez and Alfonso Campos.
