Argentina declares agricultural emergency in 3 of its most productive provinces

The Argentine Government declared a state of agricultural emergency in Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos and Rio Negro, through resolutions published in the Official Gazette.

Resolution 1776/2025 establishes the extension in Buenos Aires from September 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026. This territory has the largest cultivated area in the country and more than half of beef exports.

In Entre Ríos, resolution 1780/2025 establishes the same regime for agricultural farms in Mandisoví, department of Federación, affected by hail and wind, with effect from May 5, 2025 to May 4, 2026.

Resolution 1782/2025 refers to agricultural farms in Rio Negro affected by drought, from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
