Banco del Tesoro joined the Venezuela Renace Special Social Credit Program

The Treasury Bank joined the Venezuela Renace Special Social Credit Program, an initiative led by the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez, which allows financial institutions to process subsidized mortgage loans, primarily aimed at replacing homes for families affected by the double earthquake of last June 24.
If you are one of those affected by the earthquake and you want to apply for a credit, you must follow the following steps:
1. Check the bank enabled for credit and choose the one of your choice, by accessing the bank's My Finances/Web portal.
2. Go to the bank of your choice, check the requirements on their website or at their bank branches.
3. Give your file to the bank and enter the QR code or certificate that proves the habitability and structural condition of your home on the portal https://linktr.ee/comisiondehabitabilidad.
Go to the collapsed buildings section and filter by state, municipality, parish and address of the building, then enter the state and name of the building or fill in all the fields indicated by the system. Click on the name of your building, save and print the certificate.
4. The bank analyzes your credit application and certifies with the Presidential Commission on Habitability that the house is your main home and has been affected by the earthquake.
5. Approval and settlement of the credit, signature of the document, purchase-sale and it is filed with the SAREN and the beneficiary (the seller) is liquidated.
With this important social protection initiative, the Treasury Bank reaffirms its commitment to providing timely and efficient financial solutions to the country's most vulnerable sectors, supporting the well-being of family members.
