Bolivarian Government achieves the mobilization of more than 497 thousand tons of waste material in La Guaira

The Bolivarian Government is moving forward with the Decent and Safe Clearance Plan from the town of Caraballeda, La Guaira state, an initiative that seeks to remove the waste generated after the recent seismic event that occurred in the region.

The sector vice-president of Public Works and Services, Juan Ramírez, led the oversight of the deployment in the company of his work team, confirming the successful mobilization of more than 497 thousand tons of material to the Final Disposal Center, a figure that represents an increase equivalent to 23% of the total goal set for the area.

For the mass collection of sediments, the National Government had heavy machinery with high capacity. Operational equipment includes large tonnage mining trucks and jumbo excavators, capable of transporting tens of tons per trip to restore normality to the infrastructure of the state of La Guaira in the shortest possible time.
