Bolivarian Government delivered strategic medical equipment to outpatient clinics in Apure

The Bolivarian Government delivered a strategic shipment of medical equipment to outpatient clinics in the state of Apure, with the purpose of optimizing the operational capacity of the local healthcare network and guaranteeing continuous healthcare to families in the sector.

In this regard, on account of the social network Instagram, the Government of Apure, reported that the Rural Outpatient Clinic Type II “Las Tiamitas”, located in the Bruzual parish of the Muñoz municipality, received a strategic shipment of medical equipment, cleaning products and painting supplies sent by the health corporation of the state Apure.

“The resources allocated will make it possible to renew the infrastructure of the healthcare center and to condition its outpatient and emergency areas. With these physical reforms and the replenishment of the clinical warehouse, timely medical coverage is guaranteed to the inhabitants of the surrounding rural areas, reducing the need to travel to more complex centers in the region,” the publication states.

This technical and logistical intervention is part of the comprehensive hospital recovery plan promoted in the different communities of the state, focused on adapting primary health centers and raising the quality of life of people from Apurea.

It also points out that the Popular Clinic Type II El Palmar, in the Achaguas municipality, has new medicines and health resources to ensure primary consultation for the inhabitants of the Queseras del Medio parish.

The delivery included physiological solutions, disposable syringes, cure supplies, essential drugs and products for disinfecting facilities.

The office became effective through the coordination between the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, the Minister of Popular Power for Health, Carlos Alvarado, the governor of the entity, Wilmer Rodríguez and INSALUD Apure, in order to keep the healthcare network supplied in rural sectors.

The supplies are incorporated into the health center's inventory for immediate use in daily consultation and local emergency care.
