Bolivarian Government installed pumping equipment to optimize drinking water service in Boconó

The Venezuelan Ministry of Popular Power for Water Care through Hydrology (HIDROVEN) carried out the installation of a six-stage vertical equipment, equipped with a 100 HP motor, on the El Hato road, El Carmen parish, Boconó municipality, Trujillo state, with the objective of optimizing drinking water service.

The intervention of the Multidisciplinary Water Team will allow 50 l/s to be added to the distribution network, strengthening the operational capacity of the water system and contributing to improving the supply of drinking water in the communities served.

The resident of the El Hato sector, Luisa Pérez, recognized the great work done by the Multidisciplinary Water Team. “The truth is that our lives changed completely here in Boconó municipality since they installed this new equipment, now the water comes to us with much more pressure and more often. Knowing that you turn on the faucet and your water jet comes out is priceless; thanks to the government for this great work done.”

This action is part of the work to strengthen the hydraulic infrastructure, through the installation of specialized equipment that promotes the efficiency and operation of distribution systems.
