Bolivarian Government of La Guaira held a mega-comprehensive social day in Catia La Mar

On the coastal strip of Catia La Mar, La Guaira state, a mega-comprehensive social day was held that brings together food care, specialized medical services and community activities for thousands of families in the area.
The Deputy Minister of Food Production and Trade, Francisco Fonseca, said that this day is part of the 532 activated throughout the country, where more than 22,400 tons of food are distributed, including fruits, vegetables, proteins and food to serve more than 1,300,000 families throughout the country.
Also noteworthy was the participation of 372 peasant fairs, where primary producers make their local harvest and production available, reported Venezolana de Televisión.
For his part, the governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, reported that 107 days of comprehensive social care have been held in the state, representing savings of more than 70% for Guaireña families.
He stressed that this time 16 operators from the Ministry of People's Power for Food participate, five mobile warehouses and more than 60 tons of food are distributed, benefiting more than five thousand people in the entity.
He also indicated that the day is complemented by an extraordinary health operation, in coordination with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the National Public Health System (SPNS), which includes mobile operating rooms, tomographs, resonators and more than 20 medical specialties, to expand healthcare coverage in the coastal area.
This deployment is part of a sustained effort to guarantee food, health and social protection in communities, through territorial actions that combine local production, national logistics and specialized medical care, which reinforces the well-being of Guaireña families.
