Bolivarian Government rehabilitates the Mother Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Aragua

As part of the Venezuela Renace Plan, the Ministry of Popular Power for Public Works announced the beginning of restoration work on the Mother Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Victoria, José Félix Ribas municipality in the state of Aragua.

This emblematic religious temple, declared a National Historical Monument and affected by the double earthquake that occurred on June 24, will be revitalized thanks to the impetus of President Delcy Rodríguez, in coordination with the National, Regional and Municipal Government. The works will include the comprehensive restoration of its structure and heritage elements, in order to guarantee their preservation and the protection of its historical and spiritual value for the community.

Simultaneously, the waterproofing of more than 1,500 square meters will be carried out in the Aragua Symphony Orchestra, a space that forms a fundamental part of the city's cultural life and requires improvements to ensure its proper functioning and the continuity of its artistic activities.

With these actions, the Ministry of the People's Power of Public Works reaffirms its commitment to the recovery and preservation of the country's priceless heritage infrastructure, as well as to spaces that contribute to the cultural development and well-being of Venezuelans.
