Bolivarian Government will set up training courses for teachers in the country

The Bolivarian Government will provide undergraduate courses in Education in all municipalities of the country, in addition to programs aimed at professionals interested in obtaining the accreditation of the teaching component, said the Minister of Education, Héctor Rodríguez.

“I invite all teachers and all teachers to join. They can be registered on the website of the Ministry of the Training System,” said Rodríguez, who urged workers in the sector to consult the Teacher Training option on the Ministry of Education's portal.

In addition, according to a press release, the minister also reported on the training of administrative staff in areas related to school maintenance and administrative management, considering that training is essential to improve the quality of the education system; “training is key, essential to continue improving the quality of education,” he insisted.

Rodríguez specified that over the past year more than 200,000 teachers joined the training plan and insisted on the importance of expanding the participation of educational staff in these initiatives.

In this regard, Rodríguez called on teachers, administrative workers and professionals from different areas to join the academic and continuing education programs offered by the National Experimental University of Teaching (UNEM).

Rodríguez invited educators to deepen their knowledge and announced the opening of the registration process for continuing education, in which teachers from state and municipal schools will also be able to participate.

“We call on all teachers and educational staff to continue to deepen their knowledge in the various academic training programs offered by the University of the Magisterium,” said the minister.
