On the night of this Wednesday, October 28, the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, recalled that it was the journalist Victor Ugas who published the photos of Robert Serra when he was being treated in the forensic service with the intention of morally destroying him.
In his Con El Mazo Dando program, he noted that “he was the one who took his photos. He was the one who published them on the networks because his objective was to destroy it and expose it in that situation. Is that journalism? What's going! That's rubbish.”
