This Wednesday, August 19, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted that to date the Bolivarian Government has managed to collect more than 600,000 tons of debris in the state of La Guaira, after the two earthquakes that occurred in the country on June 24.
He emphasized that the actions do not stop despite media campaigns against the national government by the extremist opposition sector, since the rubble was being thrown into the sea.
“A great campaign for the State not to move, to do nothing. Every time they look for a way to blackmail and then say that nothing had been collected,” he stressed.
He said that extremists “can see the seams”, referring to the attacks on temporary housing that are being built to resolve the situation immediately, “they immediately fell, they used videos from other countries. They are so stupid that that's not what they're good for, always the same little group, because we know who pays them, where the money comes from”.
“Fortunately, it seems that this is making water,” he said.
During his Con El Mazo Dando program, in issue number 579, he stated that the reconstruction work he is carrying out on the various infrastructures of the affected buildings and other structures is also progressing.
