During his Con El Mazo Dando program, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, denounced that in order to cover the tragedy of June 24, “the worst of the fauna of world palangrism came to Venezuela, the worst, with a single agenda: digging the wounds, adding salt to the wounds of the Venezuelan people”, referring to the “terrible media war that still unfolds extremism”.

“Journalism must be accompanied by ethics, with arguments. Not these wretches, they came only to do harm and stories and stories were created,” he criticized.

He argued that the majority have already left the country “with their tails between their legs, miserably as they are”.

In this regard, during broadcast number 575, he stated that this extremist sector “disrespects all ethical principles, zero ethics, those who came because behind them, outside of Venezuela, they had the laboratories for inventions.”

“Doing this program, for me personally, is very difficult (...) it has hit us hard, what we have seen in these places is very hard,” he lamented.

In that regard, he stressed that the enormous effort of the Venezuelan people, “the higher consciousness of our people”, is immense.

Cabello confirmed that “we also see these heartless, malvivants, they are the worst. I don't think that's called journalism, that must have another name, but journalism, no.”

He stressed that the longliners have run out of stories, “then they are recycling, but they have been left on the table exposed”, and that the truth always prevails under any circumstance.
