The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Tuesday the deployment of security forces, national and international rescuers and volunteers to support in the midst of the emergency due to the recent earthquakes in Venezuela.

From the La Carlota Collection Center, in Miranda state, Cabello stressed that “it's a 24-hour job with our soldiers, our soldiers, the volunteers who have come to help, boys and girls who have come here, people who have come here as well as in La Guaira”, which is the area most affected by the tragedy.

He pointed out that in the midst of the contingency, people from all the states of Venezuela have joined. “From any state, a group comes to help, to work. They try to be in stores helping people, on the street, to cook, people who said, 'Well, here I am present'. As always, we Venezuelans are,” he said.

In this regard, he said that this shows the world that in Venezuela, “despite this terrible tragedy that we have, our people are organized and our people know how to move forward.”
