Cabello: National Union of Press Workers is more discredited than the OAS

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured this Wednesday that organizations such as the National Union of Press Workers (SNTP) and the Venezuelan Medical Federation are quite discredited.

“The SNTP is more discredited than the OAS (Organization of American States), get it out there, it's the SNTP and the Medical Federation where this man who has been president for about 70 years, (León) Natera, are two institutions that are already impossible to go further into the pit of the discredited they are,” he said in his Con El Mazo Dando program No. 576.

In that regard, he questioned that the SNTP will issue a statement demanding that it “not mistreat journalists”, pointing out that this body is defending lies and fake news promoted by media laboratories against Venezuela in the midst of the tragedy after the earthquakes.

“I didn't name anyone and they were offended, and aggrieved, when we were the aggrieved ones with the string of lies they tried to impose on a reality that is very painful, very sad and you can't play with people's pain,” he said.

He pointed out that, unlike organizations like these, the Bolivarian Revolution “will always be on the side of the truth, we will always tell the truth (...) it is hatred that moves them to those sectors, while what moves us is an infinite love for the People of Venezuela and we have always been moved by a love beyond infinity for the people who have been hit, for the people who are suffering”.
