The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, stressed that he applies the “Ice Law” to longliners, without naming them during the Con El Mazo Dando program.

“Since they are screensavers and if they don't name them they go into depression and feel bad, and they start to show up so that some of them are named, I apply the law of ice to them and then they start sending messages: 'but please name me, ''I'm not monetizing,'” Cabello revealed.

In this regard, he asked not to send them messages through third parties because he will not name them in his program.
