Delcy Rodríguez: For 2027, we expect increases in workers' incomes in four moments

For next year 2027, four increases in the income of Venezuelan workers are expected to take place and all of them must be implemented in accordance with the economic growth experienced by the country in each quarter, said the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

During a message to the nation, transmitted this Thursday, he indicated that to achieve these increases in income, a dialogue table is being held between unions, employers and the National Government, to seek ways to make this possible.

“A dialogue table is under way to seek labor consensus with the participation of the country's main trade union federations, business chambers and the National Government. In this regard, I want to announce that for the year 2027, increases in the income of the country's workers are expected at 4 times and in no case can it be lower than the quarter that preceded it,” said the president.

In addition, the Head of State indicated that, in order to achieve these objectives, progress is being made in an economic dialogue that has allowed the signing of more than 61 contracts in the field of hydrocarbons with national and international investors and 44 new agreements are under negotiation.
