Cabello: PSUV will prepare a document with contributions from the People on the electrical situation

This Monday, August 10 , the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, specified that the red awning will make a document with the observations and contributions of the People collected during the national deployment carried out to learn about the concerns of communities regarding the electricity service situation.

“We went to play house to house with people, to listen to them, to take note of what people say and from there the party will now make a document to hand it over to the National Government, with the observations and contributions of our people,” he said, noting that it is the result of the day Take Care of Energy, Light Up Life.

Cabello highlighted that the activities on this topic were quite emotional. “Homes and Communes addressed, meetings held, house to house carried out; voluntary deployment for the Pico y Poda of our party, to support the combined youth, the Political Council of the National Directorate, the municipal and state political leaders, of all levels combined in this task,” he said.

At the same time, he reaffirmed that the PSUV will always be willing to listen to the People on this topic. “That's part of our task and we're happy to do it,” he said.

In addition, he questioned those who take the time to declare that the seismic double of last June 24 has nothing to do with the Electrical System. “Of course, in the center of the country alone it got 600 megawatts out of us. How do you recover 600 megawatts? Why did you start thinking? No, we have to do the work,” he said.

In this regard, he stressed that fortunately, thanks to the work carried out by the workers of the National Electric Corporation, S.A. (CORPOELEC), the Ministry and the Bolivarian Government, service has been progressively recovering.
