Cabello: The percentage of collapsed buildings in the GMVV is very low compared to private construction

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Wednesday, July 15, dismantled the malicious intention of the extremist opposition surrounding the false and absurd allegation that the buildings of the Great Venezuela Housing Mission (GMVV), in the state of La Guaira, collapsed because they were built with anime.

“The percentage of the Great Housing Mission is low, very low, compared to those of private construction. But that's not the topic for us (...) we attend to them and we're counting them all,” he emphasized.

In this regard, in his Con El Mazo Dando program, issue number 575, he read the publication of a specialist who explains that this material is used in buildings legally and globally as thermal insulation, and is part of the EMMEDUE Construction System, a technology certified in more than 60 countries.

Cabello highlighted that on La Playa Avenue in La Guaira, a large number of buildings built by private companies collapsed, “I don't blame the builders, because an earthquake of that magnitude will take anything away”.

He confirmed that rescue efforts are continuing because the survivors want the body of their relatives to be handed over to them.
