Cabello: Today we are working for a humanist police together with the People

This Thursday, February 12, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted that in Venezuela a new, more humanistic police system is being built that is always under the command of the people.

“Police officers have to belong to the People and so the People, every time something happens they will trust the officials (...), it is part of the new police system that we are forming, a humanist police that is there with the People and that the People feel incorporated through Popular Power in each of these Quadrants of Peace,” he said from Falcón state during the Adaptation of the Peace and Deployment Quadrants for Safe Carnivals 2026 .

For this reason, he assured officials that their work is on the territory and not inside an office. At the same time, he indicated to the governor of the entity, Víctor Clark, the importance of moving forward with the issue of installing security cameras in Falconian territory.

In this regard, he indicated that cameras are a fundamental aid, as are the Peace Quadrants, to ensure security, noting that crimes have been reduced thanks to joint work.

“This week, on Monday in all of Venezuela, a single murder, a single murder, a single murder on Sunday, a single murder, on Wednesday zero murders in the entire national territory,” he said and noted that right now there is only an increase in crimes related to electronic scams, which are difficult to verify, and to domestic homicides, which are difficult to prevent.
