On April 15, 1963 , Diosdado Cabello Rondón, a rebel, anti-imperialist soldier loyal to the emancipatory thinking of the Liberator Simon Bolivar, was born in El Furrial, Monagas state.

Cabello is one of the fighters of February 4, 1992, who together with Commander Hugo Chávez fought against the injustices that oppressed the Venezuelan people.

On the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, he has been in different commitments, highlighting his fidelity to Commander Chávez and to the Fatherland, including in the events of April 2002; after a few hours of fascist presence in the Miraflores Palace defeated by the civic-military union, as mandated by the Constitution, he assumed the interim presidency and then, the Early in the morning of April 14, return the command to the Commander with a sincere hug.

Since February 2014, he has been the host of the Con El Mazo Dando program, a communication trench that, with eleven years of great harmony at the national and international levels, has kept the flame alive of Bolivarian and Chavista thought, while dismantling the wiles of the extreme right of the Venezuelan opposition.

He is currently the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, as well as minister of Internal Relations, Justice and Peace. It has carried the legacy of Chávez as a flag and engine of struggles and victories in the face of threats from the extreme right.

This son of Commander Chávez has always been on the front line of the battle to defend the sacred soil of the Fatherland. Cabello has become a brother, friend to the Venezuelan people, to whom he has demonstrated his respect, loyalty and support in every Bolivarian victory.

“I don't forgive those who stood by Chávez and betrayed him, they are miserable. I don't forgive those who were by Chávez's side and have become corrupt, thieves and disloyal, let someone else forgive them, because that was not the example left by Commander Chávez,” said Diosdado Cabello on April 11, 2024.
