Cabello: We are still on the street with Commander Chávez, he is the light that guides us

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the Youth March, in support of President Nicolás Maduro, assured that young people hurt the Bolivarian Revolution.

“In the Fourth Republic, there was the murder of 11,300 young people, 11,300 peasants and university students, the murder of emerging leaders (...) if we have been hurt by the assassination of Robert Serra, the assassination of Danilo Anderson, of Otaiza and of our young leaders who have been murdered by the Venezuelan right wing; imagine having 11,300 leaders taken from us.”

In that regard, he indicated that the Venezuelan people “stood up to Chávez and we are still on the street with Commander Chávez, because Chávez is the commander of this Revolution, he is the vanguard, he is the beacon, he is the light that guides us all.”

He also assured that revolutionary youth “know what they have to do; we are not going to fall into the trap or into provocations”.
