The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, questioned the way of acting of the National Union of Press Workers (SNTP) with Carlos Julio Rojas, who appeared in a temporary camp offering money to those affected by the double earthquake of June 24 to declare against the Bolivarian Government, not to mention other false information spread by this character.
In this regard, in his Con El Mazo Dando program, Cabello showed a video where residents of the Great Venezuela OPP20 Housing Mission in San Bernardino in Caracas deny statements offered by Rojas, according to which the Government is forcing the inhabitants of these buildings to return to their apartments when they are “uninhabitable” and do not meet security measures.
In the images, the spokespersons apologize for the statements offered in Rojas's video, and they claim to have received money to say such words.
“What is the union going to do? Nothing! Open up a procedure for him, then, let's see if you have the courage to stand up to Venezuela,” he rebuked while pointing out that the same people denied what Rojas said, so they questioned the union about the actions to be taken against him.
