Carmen Meléndez: 20 condominiums in Santa Teresa Parish will receive funding for reconstruction

The mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez, led a day of social care and delivery of works in the Vida Nueva urban development, located in the parish of Santa Teresa, in an event that was attended by President Delcy Rodríguez.

During the activity, the municipal authority highlighted the allocation of resources to address the damage caused by the recent earthquake movement. “We have neighbors who are going to receive credits for 20 condominiums and individual loans for the repair of their apartments. They are very grateful because their apartments were damaged by the earthquake and this will allow them to be repaired and rebuilt.”

“In this urban development, there are 339 apartments that have been rehabilitated, in addition to the businesses that each one has for the entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, a multipurpose room, a court and a children's playground that were set up within the framework of the Venezuela Renace Plan,” concluded Meléndez.
