Chávez Eterno calls for the cohesion of the country's social, political and military forces

In an address from the Miraflores Palace, the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez Frías, made a firm call for the cohesion of the country's social, political and military forces, stressing that national unity is the fundamental guarantee for preserving sovereignty and giving continuity to the revolutionary project at any juncture.
During his speech, on December 8, 2012, the president emphasized the strategic importance of consolidating the alliance between the people and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), urging us not to give in to possible attempts at division by adverse sectors.
“The country's enemies do not and will not rest in intrigue, in trying to divide, and above all by taking advantage of circumstances,” he said.
In that sense, he insisted on unity: “Let us unite or anarchy will devour us, we only need unity,” he said later, or had said before, to complete the work of our regeneration...”.
In that regard, he reiterated the call to all Venezuelan patriots, revolutionaries and socialists to remain united. “There will be no shortage of those who try to take advantage of difficult conjunctures to maintain that commitment to the restoration of capitalism, of neoliberalism, to end the Homeland,” he said.
