Chávez Invicto: Self-criticism is one of the most powerful tools

On August 20, 2012, Commander Hugo Chávez urged revolutionaries to be in permanent self-criticism, as an instrument of not straying from reality.

“Because self-criticism is one of the most powerful ethical, intellectual and also political tools for clinging to reality. Those who are not self-critical usually end up
... they are blown away by the wind and You believe in another world, see? They believe in another world,” said the Supreme Commander from Bolivar state.

In this regard, he asserted that the Venezuelan opposition does not recognize and does not have the capacity to see reality and, therefore, it is one of its most serious problems.

“But they are still today, they still have a great disability and that is a lesson for us, we cannot fall into that mistake of ignoring reality. No, we have to recognize it no matter how hard it is and then that's when we must have something that they will never have because they are... they... they have no place for self-criticism,” he emphasized.
